Centered around the belief that good design can generate a lasting impact, Meso Goods not only designs beautiful pieces but also collaborates with and provides support for artisans throughout Guatemala and other Latin American countries. Award-winning designer Diego Olivero is from Guatemala and co-founded the company with his joint passions for handcrafted objects and social enterprise. He has worked with over 550 artisan families Guatemala, Peru, Haiti and Honduras, and distributes products in over 20 countries. The US Department of State welcomed him to the Young Leaders of the Americas Initiative in 2016 for being a leader and social entrepreneur. Meso Goods demonstrates a commitment to its artisan partners through a transparent supply chain, using solely local materials.
