Abbatté

Abbatté is an ecommerce brand selling textiles and home goods that are handwoven in the Segovian hills in Sierra de Guadarrama, Spain. It was founded in 2013 by Elena Goded Rambaud, a biologist and professor of the UNED Calatayud, and her daughter Camila Lanza, an art historian and designer. Abbatté’s products reflect the expertise of professionals dedicated to textiles, fashion and color. The brand relies upon traditional craftsmanship techniques in combination with their own dyeing plants, all of which are grown in their botanical garden on site. Beyond this, Abbatté also upholds the preservation of craftsmanship by offering courses on traditional techniques as well as initiating an association that supports local craftsmanship in Spain.
