CALIFORNIA TRANSPARENCY IN SUPPLY CHAINS ACT

aims to counteract human trafficking and slavery in businesses. Under this act, certain companies are required to disclose critical information about their labor and supply chain practices in order to allow consumers to make informed decisions. Companies must disclose their efforts in five areas, known as the Transparency Act Key Points: verification, audits, certification, internal accountability and training.
